This is the 'Soho' template by Google Blogger but some different Village version. You can see what is different at this post : Get 'Hippie Village' blog template.

Here is the village blog template file [use upper download button to save file]. You can import this template at the Google Blogger - Theme - 'Backup/Restore'. You can sign in and go there by click 'Powered By Blogger' on the bottom of this blog.

You can feel this blog is not enough. But, just change the cat photo. This template have got high quality fonts. Also, you can design font colors.

It may not easy if you want more good design. But, You can change it anytime. Check the sidebar of this blog. This is a minimum form of your city.
